Common questions
Where do the servers run?
In Prague, in our own datacentre. The setup, the operations and the responsibility for keeping your site up are ours.
What if the site goes down at night?
Monitoring checks availability every minute and tells us before you notice. You call one number and the person on the other end has access to your site and knows what runs on it. No ticket queue, no first-line support.
Our server uptime is 99.9%.
How does migration work?
We do it for you and it is free. We first stand the site up on our server alongside the running one, walk through it with you, and only then switch the domain. The outage is minutes long and we schedule it for a time when nobody is on the site.
How many mailboxes do I get?
It depends on the plan — the number of mailboxes is in the pricing above and moves with the slider. They all run on your own domain rather than on a freemail account, and you reach them over IMAP, SMTP or a web client. Existing mail moves across with its folders during migration.
Can I move up a plan at any time?
Yes, just say the word. We move you up and bill from the month the change happens, not retroactively. Moving down is just as easy if it turns out you took more than you need.
Is there a fixed-term contract?
No. You pay monthly and can leave at any time. We export your data and mail and hand it over, wherever you are going. Holding a client with a contract instead of with the service strikes us as a bad idea.
